PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27/04/2016

This information regulates the processing of data collected by the site designed and managed by the Company Greenflame Tech srl, with registered office in via Torquato Tasso, 50 - 80026 Casoria - Naples, P.Iva 09095861218 (hereinafter, "Owner"), as the Data controller. According to the art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), the Owner informs you that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

  1. Undergoing processing
    • The Owner processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (in particular, name and email) communicated by you during the sending of a message through the form on the website of the Owner and/or at the time of registration for the newsletter service offered by the Owner.
  2. Purpose of the processing
    • Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
      • allow us to contact you again following your request;
      • fulfil the obligations provided by the law, by a regulation, by the community legislation or by an order of the Authority;
      • to carry out administrative activities and to fulfil legal obligations such as accounting and tax;
  3. Methods of processing
    • Your personal data will be processed using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and in any case for not more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship unless there is a need for further conservation to allow the Data Controller to defend his rights. For marketing purposes, the data will be processed until the consent is revoked.
  4. Data access
    • Your data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated above, to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as data processors and/or data processors.
  5. Data communication
    • Without your express consent, the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes indicated above to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities and to all other subjects to whom the communication is obligatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. Otherwise, your data will not be disclosed. In any case, personal data will never be disclosed.
  6. Data transfer
    • The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers in Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller now ensures that the extra-EU data transfer will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
  7. Rights of the data subject
    • As the data subject, you have the rights set forth in art. 15 GDPR:
      • revoke the consent previously given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the revocation;
      • ask the Data Controller to access, correct or delete (so-called "oblivion rights") of personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning them or oppose their processing;
      • get data portability;
      • make a complaint to the Guarantor for the Protection of personal data if it considers that its rights have been infringed

  8. Processor and Person in Charge
    • The updated list of data processors and person in charge of data is kept at the owner's offices.
